A pulsating panoramic alpine prequel to the first Ducati SportsTouring Event: Salsamaggoire Terme Italy May 29th – June 2nd 2009.

Please ensure that you have a full tank of fuel (or nearly) when arriving at the meeting point as petrol stations are few and far between in the alps!!!

b) all distances are cumulative in kms and are measured from the day’s starting point.
c) all very important route warnings are in red.
d) fuel can be found for sure in these places (F) other fuel opportunities may present themselves but cannot be guaranteed!

3: 86kms: At the top of the pass and in France the road becomes the N90-D1090 to Bourg-St-Maurice. 3kms before arriving in B-s-M we turn left at Séez (F) to join the D902 to Ste-Foy-Tignes / Val d Isère

Multistrada-meeting Pyreneillä kesäkuun alussa on vielä rankempaa
ajamista. Viikonloppuna semmoset 800 km Andorran liepeiltä San
Sebastianiin ja sitten pelkkää mutkaa. Kamoillekin on varattu paku
ja osanottajilta vaaditaan vastuuvapauspaperi ilmoittautumisen yh-
teydessä. Viitisenkymmentä mahtui mukaan. Jostain syystä peruin
ajatuksen osallistumisesta. Parissa viikossa kun muutenkin ajaa joku
tuhat km, niin ei siihen päälle tommonen vääntö enää lomalta tuntui-
si. Joten Andorraan kyllä, lenkille ei.
