I just heard from a source that saw pictures and got info about the 2005 line.
The T100 gets the Thruxton engine, but is otherwise unchanged.
The RIII gets another color.
The ST and S3 go to 1055cc and 128 HP. The ST gets an underseat exhaust with 3 exits (imagine a 3 into 1 and a long mid pipe around the SSSA to a large underseat silencer). The S3 gets dual high-mount exhausts sort of like the Hornet/919. The S3's styling is a lot different and is said to look like the the dogs bollocks (that's good, right? ). Both still have SSSAs. The suspensions goes up-market with upside-down forks and more adjustment.
The D955 remains unchanged for '05 but will go to 1055cc in '06 with 170 HP (WOW!, I hope so!) The frame will change because of the power and new engine width, implying wider bore centers and larger bore diameters. This would seem to apply to the ST and S3, too.
The D600 will look the same, but will go to 650cc. That is supposed to be the insurance break point now days. It will probably have the same power as the japanese 600s.
